How to use Base64.ai’s Question & Answer AI
Questions & Answers technology stands out for its remarkable simplicity. Consider this example: By simply posing the question to a customer letter, “What is the recipient’s concern?” Base64.ai will instantly assess customer satisfaction and obtain a concise summary without sifting through lengthy text. The best part is that you can continue asking questions after the document has been processed!
To get started, begin by typing your query or clicking on the designated text box (on the right top, just above the results), then press enter on your keyboard. The question will be processed instantly and return a straightforward response. You can use your microphone too.
Once your question is answered, you are presented with the choice to add the response to your extraction results or Flow. Should you decide to include the answer to your results, an editing field box will appear to refine your new key-value pair before the inclusion of a new field. If you add to Flow, Base64.ai will also add the question to the result and the Flow simultaneously, the latter asking the question to all subsequent documents in this Flow.
Saving prompts as automatic requests within Flow settings ensures that our AI answers the same question(s) for every processed document. From the settings page, navigate to “Enhancements,” listed on the left-hand side. Then, scroll down to the “Questions & Answers” section.
Asking Questions to Your Custom Models
You can also pose specific questions only to your custom document types. Base64.ai’s “Custom Model Builder” allows extracting data from your custom document types, which you can add to multiple Flows.
Navigate to “List Custom Models” on the Flow page, create or edit a custom model, and then click on the “Enhancements” section to find “Questions & Answers.”
Once your custom model Q&A automation is set, don’t forget to add your custom model to your Flow on the “Enhancements” page under “Custom Models.” Now, your questions will be answered for all future processed files of this document type.
